The use of the kitchen facilities on a shared basis is normally included in the above charges but where catering equipment use is envisaged a separate charge will be advised at the time of enquiry.

All bookings are subject to confirmation and the Conditions of Hire which will be provided to all Hirers

N.B. An extra 33% will be added on to the above rates for bookings on Bank Holidays, Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve
