The use of the kitchen facilities on a shared basis is normally included in the above charges but where catering equipment use is envisaged a separate charge will be advised at the time of enquiry.

All bookings are subject to confirmation and the Conditions of Hire which will be provided to all Hirers

NB: An extra 33% will be added on to the hire charge for bookings on bank holidays, Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve. This is to cover the additional stewarding costs involved.
